Campaigns

We are celebrating the very best of the teaching profession in England, focusing on the dedication and commitment of people who go above and beyond to change their students' lives and futures.

Celebrating the fun and fundamentals of school life

This year, at AET, we have launched a new set of awards to celebrate educators from across the country. These awards enable our staff to recognise their colleagues whose efforts transform the lives of our students in every classroom, every day.

On this site, we are celebrating their achievements and showcasing the significant difference they make in our schools. This is our attempt to share a positive narrative about the teaching profession, highlighting the extraordinary efforts of the individuals who enrich students' lives.

Modelling mindsets

At AET, we believe in the transformative potential of mindset. The Project H mindsets shape the way we build our culture.

We are using the Modelling Mindsets awards to reinforce the pivotal role of mindsets in shaping AET’s culture and celebrate those who embody them.

Across our network, this year, staff are nominating their colleagues across five distinct award categories to recognise their colleagues who apply the Project H mindsets in practice.

Inclusive leadership

"A wonderful Deputy Principal, who really exemplifies going the extra mile to help others! Not to mention being able to have fun along the way!"

Mindset is powerful. How we think, view and respond to the world around us fundamentally influences our behaviours and actions. It shapes our perception of potential - potential in both the children and young people in our care as well as the people we work side by side with every day.
