ABOUT US

Who we are

Project H was launched by AET - a network of 57 primary, secondary, and special schools that span the length and breadth of the country. Each school has its own distinct character and challenges. Drawing from the diversity of expertise in our network, we want to link the experiences of our people so that they can share, collaborate, and learn from each other.

But for AET, success isn't just confined to our schools - it's the broader impact that we have.

We want to work beyond our network to create capacity in the sector to benefit more children and communities. By sharing our expertise widely, we hope other schools and trusts will benefit from our resources, strategies, and tools.

We're spreading knowledge so that our people can have an impact on education that extends beyond their individual schools.

Our approach

We are building a community where everyone's voice counts, and every insight - whether from success or setback - matters.

To improve schools across our country, in our network and beyond, we are building collective expertise through a culture that encourages honest reflection and open exchange.

Project H is part of our network improvement strategy at AET. It is a platform that reveals the successes and challenges of our schools so that we can meet the needs of staff by supporting them with fresh insights from across the network.
